Project7 are extremely proud to announce their success in securing a position on NHS framework for Medium sized construction services. The new four-year procurement framework awarded by the London Procurement Partnership (LPP) should deliver quality and value across a variety of sectors covered by scope of the framework.

Project7’s managing director Alan Brockhouse commented on the framework news stating,

“We are very pleased to have been accepted onto the NHS framework and feel that this is a fantastic opportunity to expand our existing operations in the North East region. We look forward to supporting the NHS and contributing to the communities around it. We have the drive and focus to work with the NHS framework and deliver the quality and value that they require, As a company with a social conscience and sustainable goals we always aim to improve efficiency to our clients.”

The National Framework for construction works was set up to provide high quality works (valued between £500,000 - £5,000,000) to public sector organisations in England. NHS organisations that are part of the LPP will be able to use the framework, as will other public sector bodies. During the tender process, Project7 Construction completed a fully comprehensive, pre-qualification submission involving quality and pricing returns.

Kieran Farrell, Divisional Director said,

“Securing this appointment is an important achievement for Project7 as it will allow us to build on and expand our expertise with a new public sector client. We look forward to the opportunities that will arise from our appointment on the Framework and to demonstrate that we can meet and exceed the expectations of the NHS in relation to quality of delivery, productivity and cost efficiencies. “
